Conditions

1. Purchase
When ordering, a purchase agreement is concluded when SportsCover has confirmed the order by means of an order confirmation. If the delivery time changes in the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. SportsCover.se has ownership and right of return to all products until full payment has been received from the customer.

2. Price
Prices include 25% VAT and no shipping costs.

3. Shipping
We deliver goods within Sweden according to the following shipping rates:

0.5 kg-
1 kg-
3 kg-
5 kg-
10 kg-

The shipping cost is clearly stated at checkout when you pay.

We do not deliver outside the Nordic countries.

4. Payment terms
At the checkout, you can choose between invoice, instalment, card payment or direct payment.

5. Deliveries
Goods are normally dispatched within 2-5 working days after we have received your order.
Smaller shipments are delivered directly to your mailbox. Otherwise, you will be notified by phone, email or text message where to pick up your package. Please remember that it is your responsibility to pick it up on time. SportsCover is not responsible for uncollected deliveries and we charge a handling fee of 200 SEK for uncollected packages that are returned to us. And any costs for invoicing, re-shipping etc. will be paid by you as the customer.

6. Delays in delivery
Sometimes delays in delivery occur beyond our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier is unable to fulfil its delivery obligations to us. If this happens, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay.

7. Transport risk
Together with our shipping partners, we bear the transport risk, i.e. the risk of the goods being damaged or lost in transit from our warehouse to you. Any complaint must be received by us as soon as possible, but no later than one week after you have made your purchase. You and the carrier bear the risk of any return to us.

8. Damaged goods
When you receive your goods, it is important that you inspect the package immediately. If the packaging and contents are damaged, notify your postal centre or the carrier directly. Always keep the confirmation you receive that your goods are damaged. We would be grateful if you would notify us as soon as possible if this happens. However, at the latest within one week.

9. Right of withdrawal and Open Purchase
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. When exercising the right of withdrawal/open purchase, the customer pays for shipping and packaging as well as their own return costs. Right of withdrawal and Open Purchase do not apply when goods cannot be returned in unused and undamaged condition. Nor if the customer has not picked up the package. Read more, click here.

NOTE:
If for any reason you wish to return your unused product but have broken the packaging, we will deduct 25% of the price upon refund.

10. Complaints
If you wish to complain about a damaged or defective product, you must contact us by e-mail or telephone within one week. Always keep the packaging, the original box and the payment confirmation.

11. Refunds
Refunds will be made to your bank account within 5 working days of our receipt and acceptance of your return.

12. Reservations
We reserve the right to make changes to prices due to large price variations from our suppliers, typographical errors or other errors beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeure below.

13. Cookies on our website
We use session cookies to track you on the site, at login, in the shopping cart, etc.

Here's how it works: information that should remain between two page loads must be attached to a specific user. This is done by storing a unique key in your browser. When you load a new page, the key is sent to the page and we can thus find out if you are logged in and if you have put something in the shopping cart m.m.

If you do not accept cookies in your browser, much of the functionality of the pages will not work. If you still do not want to accept cookies, your browser can be set so that you automatically refuse to store cookies or are informed every time a website requests to store a cookie. 14. Data storage
We store the following data about you as a customer:

Customer register: first name, last name, company/organisation, e-mail, person/organisation number, VAT number, address, postcode, city, country, telephone number.
You as a customer have chosen to register this information. And you can request extracts, changes or deletions at any time. If you have signed up for the newsletter, your e-mail address will be saved. But if you do not shop in the store for a year, the address will be removed from the register.

Orders: ip address, E-mail, , Person/orgnr, Vat number, Address, Company, First name, Last name, Address, Zip code, City, Telephone number. Data on orders are stored for seven years when required by Swedish law. The data is then deleted.

Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affect agreements entered into and promises made by us, which make it impossible for us to keep the said agreement/promise, shall constitute grounds for us to be released from our obligations to perform the said agreement.
